• Parents and guardians remain responsible for children at all times.
• Please note all our events are no smoking and no vaping.

• Expect full club lighting in a festival-style environment.
• Special effects may be used.
• Strobe lighting may be in use at the event.

• Yes, this is a lively club and festival-style environment and it will be busy.
• Our events regularly welcome hundreds, and sometimes thousands, of attendees.
• We always sell tickets well below the venue’s legal capacity, so the venue will never be at or above its licensed capacity.
• If your child prefers time to adjust to crowds, we recommend arriving early.

• For indoor club shows, buggies are not permitted on the dance floor due to safety and evacuation risks.
• Buggies must be left in the designated buggy park, which may be located outside and is left at the owner’s risk.
• For outdoor festival events, buggies are permitted.
• Baby slings or carriers are recommended for smaller children.

• Yes. As with most concerts, theatres, festivals and entertainment venues, there is in most cases a licensed bar operating under a Challenge 25 policy and to be used responsibly.
• If you have any concerns on the day, please speak to venue security, the front of house team, or a Raver Tots event manager.

• No external food or drink is permitted inside the venue with the exception of baby milk, food or allergy specific food.

• Raver Tots celebrates all aspects of dance music and rave culture, including house, garage, drum and bass, dance anthems, R&B, rave anthems and more! 
• Please note, we do not play children’s music, nursery rhymes, or similar content.
• Expect a family friendly experience featuring some of the nation’s biggest and best known dance acts.

• All Raver Tots events are fully risk assessed by a qualified health and safety professional.
• Events are fully insured.
• Music levels are monitored and kept within safe guidelines.
• All outdoor festival events include on-site security, site safety officers, first aid teams, and safeguarding officers.
• If you require assistance on the day, please speak to staff at the front gate.
• Deep cleans are carried out before and after all events.

• By attending, you give permission for photos and videos to be taken for promotional and press use.

• Tickets are non-refundable.
• Tickets may only be resold safely through our trusted partner Tixel: https://tixel.com/uk/

• Venues vary in shape and size, so layouts and production may differ slightly from videos shown online.
